All returned products will be fully inspected. Customers that return their non-defective, unsealed product(s) within 7 days of receiving the product(s) from Cobo may obtain a refund equivalent to 85% of the original purchasing price. Non-defective, unsealed products returned after the initial 7-day period will be eligible for a 70% refund within 30 days of receiving the product(s). We reserve the right to provide a partial refund or refuse a refund if the returned goods are deemed to have been damaged.
Please note: the return shipping fee for the returned product(s) will not be covered by Cobo.
If the product(s) received is/are damaged during shipment, please contact us as soon as possible with specific details regarding product condition. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to investigate and we will make a full refund if the situation is confirmed. Cobo reserves the right to decline any refund requests.
